Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by [hosting provider, please add]. When the website is accessed, technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) is automatically stored in server log files. This is necessary for the secure and stable provision of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Contact and enquiry form
When you send us an enquiry via the form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates, number of guests, message) solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, at the latest after twelve months, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. The data is not passed on to third parties.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use any tracking or marketing cookies. For technically necessary settings (such as your consent to display the map) we use your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Visitor statistics
To measure reach, we record only anonymous daily totals of page views, without cookies and without storing personal data. It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
Map display (OpenStreetMap)
The map is only loaded after your express consent. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Without a click on “Load map”, no transmission takes place.
Fonts
All fonts are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).
